Shipping policy

At Gathered Treasures, many of our items are carefully curated, sourced and prepared specifically for your order.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for fulfillment and delivery. This timeframe allows us to source items, prepare your order and get your treasures on their way to you.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Gathered Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or has delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
