Welcome to Gathered Treasures. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting it and make sure your shipping information is correct.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Please allow 3–4 weeks for fulfillment and shipping. Our products, including Mystery Scoops, are carefully prepared and may require additional time to curate, source and package your order.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Mystery Scoops & Special Requests

Mystery Scoops are uniquely curated for each customer. We do our best to accommodate special requests and may purchase inventory in advance to help fulfill those requests whenever possible.

Because Mystery Scoops are specially curated and prepared for each customer, all Mystery Scoop sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, including Mystery Scoops and other specially curated items.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, the order may have entered the fulfillment or preparation process and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, you must provide a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review the damage and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.

Product Variations

Many of our items are curated, handmade, vintage, or unique. Minor variations in color, texture, finish or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Order Issues

If you believe you received the wrong item or there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Changes to Our Store & Policies

Gathered Treasures reserves the right to update our products, prices, policies and these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
